When the capital becomes an illuminated stage: images from Berlin 2015.
Israel is a partner country of Festival of Lights 2015, which is illuminating Berlin from 9-18 October. Ever since 2005, the festival of light art and culture has been attracting throngs of visitors to the German capital each year; in 2014, no less than two million people viewed the exhibits. This year, Israel is contributing two highly-noted installations: Collages at Palais am Festungsgraben and the House of Cards on Potsdamer Platz.
